Weeeeeeeeeeelll....let's see...the first half of this journal is going to be me being happy and talking about staying at Kat's house for a night and the other will be a venty/rant...so enjoy.

Kat's Abode Antics:
So after work on thursday, I drove down to Gwinette county to stay the night at Kat's house. I haven't been down there since before her dear mother passed away and they were still living in an apartment on her uncles property. Anyway. So it was awesome. I mean, I haven't had that much fun with her in a long time. I was waaay overdue for a visit. Let's see...we bought groceries when I got there, hung around and chatted for a long time, then she had to go to work from 5-9pm at Staples. So I read the next arc of the Maximum Ride series, drew, and watched the Secret of NIMH. Then Kat called and said her friend Assia wanted to meet me, so I drove up to the Staples. Assia is very pretty, extremely nice, and very short! She's Afghani. I really enjoyed meeting her. I hung around the store for a bit and then headed back to the house and chilled for a few more hours until Kat got home and that's when the hilarity began. So she was on the phone with her sister and atempting to make some creamy noodles for us when she accidentally poured two cups of water into the noodles instead of one, making it more like creamy noodle soup.Which actually, was amazing and we added some tuna into it making it kinda like tuna noodle soup. YUM. Then I was like, "Oh! We didn't make our garlic bread!" so we preheat the oven and then once it's preheated I open it and stare for several seconds at the object inside. It was a baugette. A french baugette. So I pull it out, it's hard as a rock, and I don't mean like...stale bread...I mean like...solid...like concrete. I hold it up and Kat blinks and then I start laughing and I'm like, "What the heck?" And she explains that she cooked it and then didn't have anything to keep it in, so she left it in the oven and forgot about it. For two weeks. I died laughing, I was like, "You could use this as a weapon!" She laughed and laughed. Then there was an incident with a "water beetle" (I'm calling it that because I don't think it was a cockroach) Which Kat proceeded to kill with some organic bug-spray (main ingredient: Soy. LOL) And then I got her laughing by pulling the baguette out of the trash (It was clean, not much in it) and swinging it around. Then she takes it from me and sits it on the counter. When asked why, she responds: "It's my new bug killer!" I died laughing. (whoops, forgot to mention we made awesome sugar cookies and decorated them with blue icing) To sum up the rest, we watched Spirited Away and finished Princess Mononoke today with her friend T.J. who came over for lunch. So I had a great time. I really need to go down an visit her more often. She's in that big house all by herself now. I told her I'm going to stay a week or two with her over the summer. Yayness.

And now for something completely different...

Annoying Obsessions:
Yeah, trying saying that five times fast. Gosh I'm starting to sound like Max...lol. *deep breath* Let's see. Two weeks ago, Chey met some dude at her school named Chris. They chatted for a while and he gave her his number apparently. And that's all she's talked about for two weeks. Is. This. Guy. She's talked to him everyday on Yahoo messenger, they apparently 'watch movies' together and I put that in quotatations because they're not actually watching them together in person, but over the computer. At first, this was fine, I was kinda like, "Ok, that's cool." But now I'm just aggrevated beyond anything else. And right now, I don't really care if she gets angry with me. She's barely talked to me this week because of that guy, literally, I think we've talked for a span of five minutes. Not counting this evening when I was walking from my car in the dark. I asked her if she even knows anything about him and if he was a christian. She said yes on both of those, but he doesnt go to church anywhere. Still not cool in my book. If you're a christian, you need to be in church. Period. At least as much as you can. With charles, it's hard because he works nearly every single sunday, he goes when he can. I don't know why I'm so angry over all this, I don't know if it's because she's been kinda ignoring me, or talking too much about him, or just in general. And Chey, this next part may offened you, and I'm sorry, I'm not trying to. *sigh* I worry a lot about her. A LOT. She can at times be very gullible. (ie. metallica concert and the crazy crack-head with the umbrella) I'm not saying she's stupid, she's just generally nice to everyone and doesn't tend to see dangerousness when it's there. I'm NOT saying Chris is dangerous, but I still worry. She's got an extremely low self-esteem and this is the first guy who's really give her the time of day in a long time and I'm worried she's jumping the gun a little. Idk. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but (excuse my language) she's my damn friend and I swear on everything that is in me, if he hurts her in any way, shape or form, I'll kill him. *snarl* So Idk. I don't know how to feel about all this. It sucks bad. I don't like being left out. GRRRRRRRRR!!! *bangs head on keyboard*And YES, I'm jealous. There, happy now? I friggin' admit it. I am. It's not fair. She's been dissing me for some stupid boy she barely even knows! *sigh* I'm going to draw..or write or something....stupid boys. *ears lay back*
